Stiftsgården works extensively with locally produced products, and at least 25 percent of the goods are always KRAV-certified. Everything from meat and vegetables to mushrooms and berries is sourced as locally as possible. Whenever feasible, meat is purchased from Siljan Chark, the local food supplier in Dalarna.
