Mora Ski Stadium is Mora's largest recreation area, about 2 km from Mora center.
There are a large number of running trails and ski trails. The Vasaloppet arena passes the area.
Starting point: Mora Skidstadion, Hemus.
Directions:From the centre Vasaloppsvägen 1.5 km to the left follow road signs.
Length: 1.5 - 90 km.
Track description: 1.5 km (blue) 2.5 km (red) 5 km (yellow) Dog and running track (yellow/white) 10 km (green) elite track (black/white). Information boards at the stadium give an overall picture of the area.
Terrain:Slightly hilly, sand dunes, pine heath.
Facilities: Changing rooms, warming hut and changing room available. Lights on every day until 22:00.
Track card: With the Arena card you get access to the track systems in Vasaloppsarenan, Mora ski stadium and Norra Garberg sports centre throughout the winter season. The three track systems together provide over 70 kilometres of ski tracks. You can choose between day passes, 3-day passes and season passes. You buy the card on the Vasaloppet website.
