River Lodge

To reach River Lodge, you canoe, kayak, cycle or hike through pristine nature. River Lodge is situated in the Malingsbo-Kloten Nature Reserve in Sweden. Here you can rent a furnished apartment or double room. You can also choose to camp with caravan/motor homes or tent.

The Apartment- The Canoeist: 1 apartment with a quadruple bedroom, private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and lake view. Outside of a shared living room is a big veranda located right in front of the lake. The Room-The Kayaker: Double room with shared toilet and shower. The Room-The Cyclist: Double room with shared toilet and shower. The Room-The Hiker: Double room with private toilet and shared shower. River Camping: At the River Lodge there are 6 pitches for caravans and motor homes, and grass for tent camping. Camping can be booked with or without electricity. It is possible to reach River Lodge with a car, but the recommendation is to reach River Lodge with canoe, kayak, bicycle or by foot. River Lodge is open daily after bookings. Pre-bookings are necessary. The reception and the start point for the activities, is located at Nordic Discovery's Adventure Center in the village Kloten, 11 km south of River Lodge. The active excursion destination in the Malingsbo-Kloten Nature Reserve's wilderness Canoes, kayaks, bicycles, mountain bikes, rowboats and detailed maps are available for rent at Nordic Discovery’s Adventure Center, 11 km south of River Lodge, along the canoe trail, the bicycle trail and the hiking trail.
