Rail trolley in Vansbro

To move along the railway in a trolley gives great natural and wildlife experiences. Prepare the picnic basket and bring the entire family on an adventure throughout deep Dalecarlian forests!

The rail trolley driving starts in Dalasågen, 2 km north of Vansbro city centre, towards Mora. The trek moves along Inlandsbanan and a suitable one day tour is to Brintbodarna and back. Along the railway there are both swimming and fishing possibilities. If you've brought your own lunch pack there are plenty of beautiful places where you can savour it. For groups there are special arrangements with over night stays in an old-fashioned blockhouse. Groups can also order food. Need to be pre-booked.
