The owner and baker is Maxime Bouju Kindlund. Since 2016 he lives in Grövlesjön but is originally from Grenoble in France. To own his own bakery was a childhood dream and he thinks it’s a big honour to welcome guests and visitors to his bakery. In the bakery all produce is made by hand, and mostly the bakery uses sourdough and ecological produce. The bakery runs on the principle to bake without additives.
