Bruntegården - Restaurant

Bruntegården is located on Lerdalsberget in Rättvik, and with the sweeping view over Lake Siljan, you can enjoy a fantastic dinner in the restaurant. Bruntegården is a small and cozy guesthouse and restaurant run by Magnus and Linn Ollas. Using fantastic ingredients, top-class food is prepared here, as recognized by the White Guide.

Bruntegården works with the fantastic pantry that the surrounding nature provides, highlighting local ingredients and the tradition of the region. More and more people who know Magnus and Linn's love for local produce come directly to them with Jerusalem artichokes, raspberries, cloudberries, mushrooms, and perch. If the quality is good, it ends up in their pots. And when that happens, it is done with careful thought. Wines are chosen with care from around the world. Occasionally, in collaboration with some of Bruntegården's suppliers, Winemaker dinners are also offered to guests—Magnus and Linn believe that the combination of food and drink adds an extra dimension to the dining experience.
